Returns and refunds
1. Right of return (14 days)
1.1 According to Estonian law, you have the right to return the product In 14 days ,when you recieved the product. The product to be returned must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
2. Return process
2.1 Email us your return request to nolklures@gmail.com in 14 days
2.2 Include the order number and the name of the product to be returned in the message.
2.3 Return the product to any Hiiumaa Kärdla parcel machine no later than 14 days after submitting the return request.
3. Return costs
3.1 The customer pays the direct costs associated with returning the goods (e.g. postage), unless the product was defective or did not correspond to what was ordered.
4. Refund
4.1 After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will return the money to your bank account as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.
5. Defective product
5.1 If the product is defective, please contact us immediately to arrange a product exchange or refund.
