Nolk Lures online store purchase conditions
1. General provisions
1.1. The terms and conditions of sale apply between the online store Nolk.ee (hereinafter Webshop) Nolk Lures OÜ (reg. code 17411581, location Hiiumaa, Kõrgessaare 92201, Näkmani 1-5) and between customer
1.2. Prices are in euros and include VAT.
2. Placing an order
2.1. To order goods, add the products to the shopping cart and fill in the required data fields.
2.2. The order is confirmed after payment has been made.
3. Delivery
3.1. The goods will be shipped to: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland.
3.2. Delivery methods: Omniva parcel machines.
3.3. Delivery time in Estonia: 1-3 working days. Elsewhere up to 6 working days
4. Right of return
4.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days by notifying the seller by e-mail. nolklures@gmail.com.
4.2. The returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the return costs.
5. Right to file a claim
5.1. The online store is liable for non-compliance of the goods with the terms of the contract within 90 days.
6. Processing of personal data
6.1. The online store uses personal data only to fulfill the order and deliver the goods.
7. Dispute resolution
7.1. Send complaints to the e-mail address nolklures@gmail.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the buyer has the right to contact the Consumer Protection and Technical Surveillance Authority.
